Description
Enjoy a warm sunny stay in southern Spain: clean sandy beaches, tapas, fresh fish caught daily in the harbour, fruit & vegetable markets and local festivals.
Fully-equipped townhouse with private rooftop solarium overlooking the desert and mountains. Comfortably sleeps up to 5 people.
Access to 2 large swimming pools and a children's pool. These facilities are supervised by a certified lifeguard during the summer.
Only 5 minutes walk to the Mediterranean Sea, children's play areas on the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and banks. Just 10 minutes walk into the town of Garrucha.
House Interior: 2 floors, with cool ceramic tiling, ceiling fans, and marble stairs that take you up to a private Andalusian tiled rooftop solarium with sun-loungers. There is a monitor that you can hook up a computer to livestream entertainment, or attach it to the DVD player that is provided in the house (as well as some movies). A CD/radio is also available.
From the outside front terrace with garden furniture, you enter an open-plan ground floor. The living area has an extendable wooden/glass table and 4 chairs, a sideboard, 2 sofas, and a coffee table. A small table and 4 chairs are additionally provided to use on the outside terrace.
The kitchen contains a breakfast bar with stools, fridge/freezer, 3-burner stove top, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, a complete set of saucepans & frying pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher, and clothes washing machine.
There are 2 bathrooms: ground floor (toilet. sink) and first floor (toilet, sink, bathtub, shower). This bathroom is decoratively tiled with a skylight in the ceiling.
The master bedroom has a standing wardrobe, a 3-drawer chest of drawers, and 2 side tables. The second bedroom has a standing wardrobe and two 2-drawer chests of drawers. Both bedrooms are well-lit. Additional sleeping facilities include a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. In addition to ceiling fans, both bedrooms have air conditioning units installed, with consumption monitored using a controller.
The tourist resort in which the property is situated is composed of holiday homes, typically oriented towards family vacations. This property development is situated on Vera beach (in Spanish, Vera Playa), a few minutes walk from the Mediterranean Sea and the town of Garrucha, in the province of Almeria. It is ideal for a family with children looking for a self-catering apartment or a villa for couples and friends to enjoy a holiday in the sun close to sand and sea.
Sporting activities (golf, diving, horse-riding, go-karts) are nearby and the cultural attractions throughout Andalucia and southern Spain are all within a few hours' drive.
Vacation property development started much later in this region than anywhere else on Spain's Mediterranean coast. Rather than blocks of cubic, uniform houses, holiday properties on the Costa Almeria architecturally tend to display Moorish tones with arches and domes.
This property is officially registered in Spain as a vacation rental. The tourist license number is visible to you after booking a rental via TripAdvisor and it is displayed in the window of the house.
