Description

The house is located near to the metro station “Donaustadtbrücke" (2 mins. walk away). The suite is cozy in the winter and refreshing cool in hot summers. There is a big roof light dome to let light in as well as three windows, which makes the suite bright. The glass dome can be covered with blankets to keep the suite dark during the morning for late riser. It is a very quiet, privat place and there is TV, video, books, games... to enjoy.

As showed on the photo, a comfortable mattress can be put next to the bed. Little children could sleep on it nearby their parents. Following children accessories are available: 1 highchair, a potty, a bottle warmer, dolls, toys, books and music for small children. There are books for growing children too. They can draw with chalk on the pavement and park place inside of the garden area.

It is a pleasure for me to have breakfast with the guests. The breakfast includes coffee, hot chocolate, bread, butter, ham, cheese, jam, natural yoghurt, an apple and orange or apple juice. Since I am a well-travelled nomad, I have a lot of stories to tell and love to hear what other people have experienced. I'm street-smart and able to give you great advice on what to do in Vienna. I speak German, English and Spanish.

The metro takes only 15 mins to get to St. Stephen's Cathedral. There are also very good public transport connection to the shopping centre “Donauzentrum" and to UNO City (8 mins) as well as to the Vienna International Airport: you get there in only 18 minutes with the bus! Bus station is at the corner.

You can get to the most visited shopping centre Vienna “Donauzentrum" and to a gym with sauna and infrared cabin (day ticket €10) with the bus in only 10 Minutes. The bus stop is at the corner. The Old Danube offers nice bathing facilities in summer and there are many restaurants along the shore.

The Danube Island, biggest leisure time paradise Vienna's, is only three minutes walk away and is ideal for picnics, bike rides, walks, water sports, eating out… There is a nice beach and a boulder for climbing too.

The house is located in a friendly neighborhood with nice little houses and wonderful gardens. You walk only 10 minutes to the next supermarket.

Guests are allowed to stay in the living room and to use the fridge, but not to cook in the kitchen.

There are dishes, a water boiler and a Nespresso coffee maker in the suite. Coffee capsule, tea bags, loose black tea, sugar, milk, salt and pepper are available for free.

There are many restaurants near the house that deliver delicious food. The garden, two terraces (an open one and glass enclosed terrace) are available to you.

“Great accomodation -just like in a hotel”

The location is great easy to reach by car or by public transport. The accomodation is so clean and have everything. Lucia is so nice and take care and help everything. I recommend to anybody!
