Description

Our mediterranean styled familyhouse is located in a gardenarea between "Schönbrunn Castle" (15 min) and "Wienerberg" recreation area (7min) with a 9-whole-golf course and various racket courts. Close to the center (15min) you can enjoy a quiet place in wonderful nature, a lovely 250m² garden and a pool.

In approximately 7 minutes (600m) you can reach U6-underground "Bahnhof Meidling" with a few bakeries and grocery stores. If you want to visit the center for "St. Stephans-Church" or other topics like "Museumsquartier" or "Hofburg", you will need about 12-15min more.

We offer up to 4 double-bedrooms depending on number of guests, the two upper rooms with air-condition, SAT-TV, bathroom and balcony, two in the souterrain part of the house, with two bathrooms, an extra bed in one of the bedrooms for up to 2 persons and 1 couchsofa (1m60) for two persons as well. For your comfort there is also a great living room with enclosed kitchen and bar, a lovely dining room, a patio with BBQ, a lounge and a 25m² pool (June-October), the garden with various fruittrees not to forget. Wifi everywhere!

Getting around

We are between the U6-metro-stations "Bahnhof Meidling" and "Tscherttegasse" and close to the train to the airport (every half an hour), to Salzburg, Prague or Budapest. Up on Schedifkaplatz you can find the Badner Bahn, a speed tram between Operahouse and the thermal baths in Baden. On the way to Baden you pass the biggest shopping center (SCS) in Austria.

Interaction with guest

Before your arrival day we kindly ask you if you prefer assistance with your checkin or if you do self-checkin (keysafe). In anyway one day after your checkin we try to contact you in order to help you with technical or touristic informations. If you want any further contact with the owner-family, we feel appreciated to provide you over the whole time of your stay with tipps and information about our lovely hometown and our rich cultural heritage.

“Lovely House in convenient location.”

The house was quiet, clean and very convenient to all attractions. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay and the owner was helpful and accommodating. The pool was a bonus for the kids although due to the change in weather, very cold. Easily walkable to the local train station, 20mins and you’re in central Vienna. There is also a nearby bar and several restaurants to eat in locally. Thank you for a lovely stay.
