Description
The flat is a beautiful and stylish 60m2 (646 ft2) apartment, with a large and bright loft-style living room, with a well equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area, an extra cozy bedroom, a bath and 2 entrances.
The apartment is individually styled and carefully furnished. It is a former flower shop, which was rebuilt and turned into an holiday apartment.
It is fully equipped with induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, range hood, microwave, espresso machine, internet based mediacenter, wireless internet, safe, complete dishes, (wine) glasses, gas heating, washing machine, hair dryer, soaps and ceiling fan and a marquee. You'll also be equipped with books, magazines and travel guides for the region.
The bedroom has a double bed and in the a large living room is a sofa bed with real mattresses, which can be opened to a comfortable double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided for free. You'll find a walk in closet and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, hair dryer and soap.
The entrance is on the street side (with a second one to the courtyard).
The apartment is located in a very quiet part of the Fasanviertel a neighbourhood of the 3rd district, and it's excellently connected to the City, the airport, Wien Mitte and Central Station. In only a few stops the tram takes you to the Vienna State Opera and the historic center or to St. Stephens cathedral.
The Botanical Garden and the Belvedere Palace are virtually on the doorstep.
Rules: Please provide your ID (passport or national ID card) on arrival. Smoking is prohibited. No noise between 22.00 and 08.00. Guests are responsible to dispose of any rubbish in the designated containers. Pets are not allowed.
For car owners:
In almost 95% of Vienna parking is metered. As a non-resident you are only permitted to park for 2 hours in a row (except for weekends). But here is a garage very close at 1030 Wien, Trubelgasse 17.
Alternative there are Park & Ride facilities.
