From the moment you pass through the gates of the property, with its lush and expansive tropical gardens, you will be bathed in tranquility. Surprisingly, it is but a short walk to Isabel II with its restaurants, galleries, and shops. You will never tire of the vistas of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, or the sounds of the rolling seas. This new architecturally acclaimed three level home offers amenities of a Caribbean resort. Four private entrance bedroom suites, each with its own open air shower, surround the gorgeous swimming pool. There are two whirlpool baths to assure complete and restful comfort. The first of two second level gathering areas boasts a chef's kitchen with attached summer kitchen, dining space for small or large gatherings, and festive outdoor seating and dining areas that face the sunrise and the sunset. The second gathering area includes plush indoor and outdoor living spaces with a state of the art media center and two private offices. How do damage deposits work?
