Apartment with private terrace,ground floor,sea view, new, modern apartment. Excellent location! Residental part of town, Peninsula Punta, near beach. Everything is near by apartment and thats what makes it so special! Holidays without a car.
Villa Punta is situated just 50 m from the Adriatic Sea. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and all apartments feature a balcony with sea or pool views.
Air-conditioned apartments at Villa Punta have a fully-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and private bathroom.
Free of charge, guests have access to private parking and Wi-Fi throughout the villa. The fitness centre, garden and terrace with sunloungers and outdoor shower are available to guests.
Snorkelling, diving and fishing can be organised upon request. In addition, daily tours to Šibenik, Skradin, Trogir, Zadar, Zagreb,Split, Mostar, Dubrovnik and Krka National Park are also available.

The pool is private, and only our guests will have access to it.
Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered. Villa is situated on a perfect location.
