Description

Villa Punta is situated just 50 m from the Adriatic Sea. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and all apartments feature a balcony with sea views or pool views.

This Boutique apartment has sea view from big terrace, 1 bedroom with sea view, fully equipped kitchen(with sea view, too) and bathroom with shower cabine, hair dryer and toilet. Apartment is on a first floor.

Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered. Villa is situated on a perfect location.

Vodice is a central Dalmatian tourist destination that lies 10 km of Sibenik. It is situated in the part of the Sibenik Riviera known for rich Mediterranean vegetation, charming bays with rocky and pebble beaches, as well as for Numerous islands and islets great for daily boat or yacht trips. We have 2 National Parks 15-30min from Villa: National Park Krka 25km (with boat or with car) and National Park Kornati 12km with boat.

Sibenik is town with UNESCO Heritage (St. Jacob Cathedral and St. Nikolas Fortress).

This house is our small paradise and has everything you need if you like spending your holidays in a small, lively place.

Air-conditioned apartments at Villa Punta have a fully-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and private bathroom. Guests have the option of having the buffet breakfast in the nearest restaurant (40m from villa).

Free of charge, guests have access to private parking and Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Sunbeds on pool are provided and outdoor shower too.

The fitness centre, garden and terrace are available to guests.

Snorkelling, diving and fishing can be organised upon request.

Organized boat excursions to National Parks Krka (25km) and Kornati (12km) are 260m from villa.

Local Ferry port is 270m away and you can visit Islands Prvic and Zlarin or Šibenik town.

In addition, daily tours to Zadar, Split,Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Mostar, Dubrovnik,Šibenik or Skradin also available.

The centre of Vodice is 120 m away, while the Vodice Bus Station is 600 m away.

First beach is only 50m and popular Blue beach is 150m walking distance.

This position is the best part of town Vodice. Excellent location! Everything is near by apartment and thatś what makes it so special!

Nearby walking distance (150 - 500 meters) you also have: Beach, Grocery shop, Bakery, Restaurants, Bars, Casino, Water sports, Wellness and Spa center, Tennis, Diving, Volleyball, Boat excursions, Rent a boat and Mini golf. A huge supermarkets (2km) are also in close proximity Getting to the center of Sibenik is very fast and easy with the bus.
