Description

Villa Calderiva is situated in Istria, is situated on the outskirts of the city of Vodnjan-Vodnjan on a plot of 3000 m2 which includes 1000 m2 500 m2 garden, parking and 1500 m2 of olive trees suited to outdoor games (green volleyball, badminton, soccer, etc.)

Can accommodate up to 10 people who have 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and 3 kitchens, very comfortable and fully equipped.

It is structured on two levels. On the ground floor there are the rooms, 3 kitchens, 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Through the ladder to reach the upper floor with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The living room of 80 m2, furnished with oak furniture, paintings, hand forged wrought iron, cured in details. In the living room there are sofas and leather armchair. Especially it is very old coffee table, used in the past by farmers as the container for the olive oil adapted now affiliated with oak cover and also hand-forged hinges for current use.

In the dining room with a large table perfect for most dishes can be placed 12 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine ...) and it is very close to the outdoor dining area with a table of 3.40 m and wooden benches with wooden shed. It can be fine to cook in the kitchen and serve outside. The barbeque which is outside and is very comfortable, trasportabilie, has 6 stainless steel burners, Grill, side burner and a side dish.

Bedrooms and bathrooms – 1 bedroom it is communicating with the living room and includes two beds (single or double), 1 bathroom with shower. In this environment is pure a cuisine that guests can use at will if it considers it necessary.

From the living room you enter the bedroom 2 consists of a bed, can use the bathroom 2 where is located the washing machine (adjacent to the lounge).

3 bedroom lies 1 bunk bed or you can approach 1 single and 3 bathrooms with shower. In this room there is another kitchen for breakfast to eat on the terrace of the room.

2 and 3 rooms can have a double function. Can be connected and suitable for a family with 2 children, or they can be separate and distinct if locked.

Upstairs there is a sofabed Room 4 with a big white leather bed, bathroom with bathtub.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. All rooms and all bathrooms have garden views.

In 4 rooms can be arranged 8 people, there is a possibility of 2 additional beds for a total of 10 people as follows: anchor 1 single bed in room 1, even 1 single bed in room 3, or 1 double sofa bed in the lounge.

Garden-in the large garden there is a swimming pool 8x4m, the shower, the sun beds and umbrellas, wooden shed with table and benches. Under a tree in the shade there is another wooden table and 2 benches with legs made of stone. Parking is quite large. In the olive grove are arranged and nets baskets for outdoor games.

Pets are allowed, price is 5 euro per day for each animal.
