Description

The big holiday house is on the ground floor. The house especially suitable for a family with children, as they provide plenty of space and a big garden. Thehouse has a big, open living and dining room with an open kitchen. A big hallway leads from the dining room to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen unit is equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and everything you need for a pleasant stay.The dining room has a large, round, wooden table with six chairs and the kitchen table has two chairs. The living room is equipped with a flatscreen TV with satellite reception, a DVD player, a CD player, a well-stocked library, games (Nintendo Wii) and games for children. The fitness room has a home trainer, treadmill, fitness equipment with weights and a step machine. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. There is air conditioning in the kitchen, the living room and the fitness room, but the cool air also reaches the bedrooms. The bedroom has a second air conditiontioning for sleeping area.

The large bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom. A cot can be added if required. This room has a TV with satellite channels. One of the front bedrooms has double beds.The next bedroom has a two single beds. All the bedrooms provide sufficient cupboard space for your things. The double beds measure 180/200cm and 160/200 and the single beds 90/200cm. The main bathroom is modern and light and provides a bath, shower and washing machine.The roofed terrace of around 35m² has a brick-built barbecue, a large round table with six chairs. The house is surrounded by about 2500m² of land with 200 olive trees and provides the perfect place to relax. The house has enough parking space for at least four cars. ( two cars has covered parking). The terrace is equipped to provide the possibility of dining in the fresh air. Morning drinking coffee with the sound of crickets and the bird will be the right tune for the ears. The house is surrounded by greenery.

Nearby (within 100m) is located a family restorant where we can taste delicates (smoked ham, bacon, pork loin, sausage and cheese, and excellent extra virgin olive oil and top Istrian wines). By appointment can be arranged a breakfast.

The house is situated on its own stantias where they live only my family, the nearest neighbors are located approximately 500m This is a very quiet neighborhood, where there are many houses, and all the beautiful manicured gardens, is considered part of the elite Vodnjana.
