Description

Our bright and friendly vacation is 51sqm in size and was just recently renovated. It is located in the heart of nature, in the midst of the Bavarian Forest. The bedroom is romantically decorated in Alpine style. It has a king size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and closet and its own flat screen TV. The bathroom is a real gem: the floor was equipped with fine large-sized timber flow. The chic Flußsteinwaschbecken stands on a granite slab from local stone held. The doors of the walk-in shower can be folded against the wall, so that a generous sense of space is created. The open kitchen is fully equipped and is adjacent to the dining room. For convenience, there is a small dishwasher available. From dining out you have a fabulous view. The living room is decorated in a chic chalet style. The sofa can undress so that two other guests. Again, you have a flat-screen TV. On the sun terrace you can enjoy magnificent sunsets. Behind the house there is a barbecue. Towels and sheets are provided for free. Your dog is welcome in our apartment. High chair and cot, we like to request free of charge. On arrival is a resort tax for the health resort Waldkirchen due to the number of days: - for individuals € 1.30 - with families for the first person € 1.30 for the second person € 1.30 for the third and fourth person 1 each € from the fifth person free the apartment is located in the health resort Waldkirchen, in about 850 meters on the first mountain range north of Passau. From here you have a wonderful view: the south and west with a clear view to the Alps and north and east to the heights of the Bavarian Forest. The house is quiet, the apartment has a separate entrance. Start various attractive hiking trails right outside the house and in the immediate vicinity. There are numerous opportunities for activities like snowshoeing or winter sports. The Karoli Badepark (with indoor pool, Mediterraneum, outdoor pool and sauna), an ice rink and the climbing park round off the offerings. In the immediate vicinity are golf course and archery. Whether in summer or winter, the region offers numerous attractive leisure activities! Waldkirchen is the ideal starting point for city trips, eg to Passau, Linz, Regensburg, ...
