Background: Almost all buildings in Wola quarter were destroyed while the Warsaw Rising in 1944; after the II World War 'whole nation built its capital city' in the socrealistic style, doing daily 200-300% of the standard norm.

The tram stop from where you can get to the Old Town and the city center - 120 m.
Nearest grocery stores are within just 100 meters from the house.

Local unique attractions:
Within 15 minutes by tram it is possible to visit the city centre (where all institutions and organisations have theirs seats) and the Old Town (on the UNESCO list), to spend time with Chopin's music and places connected with the famous composer (on the Fryderyk Chopin route), to see the tree planted by Maria Curie near to the Radium Institute founded by her (on the M.
