Adorable cottage with water views on Sandpiper Hill near Wellfleet village, The What Theater and Indian Neck. Three bedrooms - 1 Queen; 1 Full; 2 Twins and a kitchen, living, dining all on one level (W/D in basement with exterior bulkhead access). This Cape Cod Cottage is what summer dreams are made of. Enjoy spending time on the deck overlooking Wellfleet Harbor and its spectacular sunsets! Enjoy strolling along the marsh, over Uncle Tim’s Bridge (accessible at low tide) to reach Main Street Wellfleet with its shops and restaurants. There is an access to a small, non-swimmable tidal beach. Clean and comfortable - you will be sure to enjoy your time spent by the sea in Wellfleet. This home does not have A/C, however, there are plentiful fans and the main room has a ceiling fan. Linen and towels are not provided. NO pets Accepted (Note: The homeowner does have a greyhound who joins her when she is in residence.) No smoking on property.
