Newly renovated summer of 2015, this house is located on a quiet residential street, 100 yards from Grey Neck Beach! It features an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large great room with vaulted ceilings. Brand new kitchen and central air for summer 2016! Features new white cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove and large quartz island for food prep and counter seating. Master bedroom features brand new king size bed with 3-piece en suite (shower only). Second bedroom features 1 queen bed and 2 large closets. Third bed room has new memory foam mattresses in bunk beds for kids plus a twin bed (sleeps 3). Outdoor shower, brick paver patio, brand new BBQ grill, brand new 7 piece outdoor patio set with umbrella. Parking for 3 cars at property. Basement washer and dryer - beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, bikes. Flat screen TV, blu-ray player and A/C in LR, and Wi-Fi internet access. New tankless hot water, furnace installed in 2015. Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!!! Booking fee not included in rental price.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
