Description
Camp Omunguindi is an semi permanent glamorous tented establishment on Ankawini Safari Ranch.
The Ranch, sizing 7000 hectares, is the home of several antelopes, predators, reptiles, birds and insect species.
Although the main lodge is still under construction, several accommodation types and facilities are already available.
Mountains, beautiful views, planes in the mixed tree, bush and shrub Savanna and the harsh variety of wildlife characterize the ranch.
Facilities include hiking, game, - scenic and sundowner tours and a large outdoor swimming pool.
Buildings are erected with natural stone, wood, clay bricks and a variety of recycled materials. Power generation to the entire development is by means of renewable energy.
Only 76km from the International airport, Hosea Kutaku, this establishment is the ideal place to start your Namibia safari.
The ‘Spirit of Africa’ atmosphere, peaceful and with beautiful stars at night time, is where nature and human meet.
