Description

Beachfront home with 3-4 bedrooms right on gorgeous Sapodilla Bay with a 48 ft fresh water pool. 2 double ocean kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, great furnishings and all the amenities you could need. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms!

Fabulous for families or couples. Great sound system for listening to tunes down by the water and only 9 other homes on this beach!

We highly recommend a car as there really is not any public transportation and taxis are very costly. Driving is on the left side as well.

We have management on island that will greet you at the airport and escort you to the villa. They will give you an orientation but also be available for you throughout your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Cynthia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
