Modern furnished apartment in two-family house, in a beautiful and very quiet green area. High quality equipped and verklinkert. The green area of the property is well maintained and surrounded by lawn and plants. The lovingly maintained house on generously landscaped and attractively planted plot offers an excellent view of the surrounding nature. Surrounded by meadows and forests it resembles a natural oasis. Although the building is located on the outskirts of Wuppertal, there are numerous transport links nearby. Bus lines to all important traffic points and the proximity to the A46 in the direction of Düsseldorf and Dortmund not only bring you to the centers of Wuppertal and Bergisches Land, but also the cities of the Rhine-Ruhr metropolis are at your feet. Shops and attractive leisure activities are in the immediate vicinity. The 2-storey apartment is accessed via the front entrance on the ground floor. From the hallway you either get into the kitchen or down some steps into the living room. The ground floor presents itself as a large room, there is no wall. Through the windows of front and back it absorbs much light. One finds an ambience that is unparalleled. In the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need in daily life: from the oven to the microwave and toaster to pots and glasses. A large dining table with chairs makes it possible to receive guests here as well. In the transition to the living room, a sideboard takes over the task of a chic room divider. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable in the seating area. From there you have a beautiful view of your garden and a cozy place to relax. Here are also some wall and bookcases with plenty of space for your personal belongings. Through the patio door you have it not far, until you are in their own little paradise. From the living room you can reach the first floor via a staircase. Like the ground floor, it does not require partitions, which makes the bedroom very spacious. In the front part is a double bed. Two more beds are on a pedestal in the back area. Here you can also store all your belongings in a large wardrobe below the slope. On the one hand, daylight passes through the large glass doors of the balcony. In addition, there are two sloping skylights, through which you can look from the pedestal to the stars at night. On the ground floor is the bathroom with light tiles. Thanks to a window with privacy, this room is also bright and always well ventilated. The very stylish apartment is fully tiled and has a continuous floor heating. The hot water supply is via central heating. The good cut and the lovely decor will make you feel good here. The object also has Wi-Fi available. Further important information Included: Weekly cleaning laundry service including window cleaning, provision of bed linen, W-Lan.
