A very well appointed villa apartment in Xlendi Gozo Malta. Villa Xemxija is a small complex of seven holiday apartments sharing a decent sized swimming pool with ample sun deck merely 5 minutes walk away from the beach in Xlendi. The apartment is airconditioned on pay per use and would have a twin or double bed layout with 2 single sofa beds in the living room thus accommodating max 4 persons. Attractive bathroom would complement this apartment while living room have satellitte TV. A small kitchen fully equipped with the necessary appliances and utensils for one's cooked meals. A nice terrace/balcony where to dine al fresco is also another feature found in this apartment.

“Spacious and comfortable.”

Great location, just a few minutes walk by the sea from the restaurants and bars, and with a bus stop at the end of the road. Our apartment had a big comfy bed, plenty of storage, and a proper kitchen. It has a roomy seating area, plus private terrace overlooking the nice shared pool area.

How do damage deposits work?

If Bajada (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
