Luxurious apartment with unrivaled views of the sea and village in a quiet rural location ASOMADA LA, but are Puerto del Carmen, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes!.
The quiet village of La Asomada is located only 5 km away from Puerto del Carmen, where you will find the beach, restaurants and shopping.
But the Timanfaya National Park and the town of Tias and Yaiza are not far away. Asomada belongs to the municipality of Tias.
300 m above sea level offers Asomada by its unique view over the entire east coast and across to Fuerteventura.
The property has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed for the third or fourth person, armchairs and dining area, satellite TV, Internet access, radio / CD player, bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe, television, bathroom ' en suite 'with private sauna, terrace with panoramic sea views, private giant Jacuzzi, sun loungers and seating. Over a staircase you reach the part of the finca very large roof terrace with pool and magnificent views!.

The Canary Islands are blessed as a Spanish holiday area in the Atlantic Ocean off the northwest coast of Africa, with a lot of sunshine, fresh trade winds, 690 miles coastline and beautiful beaches. Sports activities at the holiday include, for example, swimming, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and hiking. With around 15 golf courses, the Canary Islands are ideal as a holiday destination for golfers.
Lanzarote, the easternmost of the Canary Islands is only 37 miles long and 12 miles wide. With its dry, sunny climate, stunning volcanic scenery and great beaches Lanzarote is a popular year-round destination for sun worshipers and sports enthusiasts.
The fabulous beaches of Lanzarote ranging from fine white sand on the north side of the island, to dark volcanic sand in Puerto Del Carmen. Playa Grande, the main beach in Puerto Del Carmen, is a long-drawn beach, located in front of the popular holiday destination. Playa Chica offers a variety of water sports such as diving, snorkeling and parasailing.
The gorgeous white sand beach Papagaya is located in the south of Lanzarote, near Playa Blanca. On the western and northern side of the island there are many areas that are very suitable for surfing and windsurfing. These include La Santa, Famara and Cucharas.
In Arrecife, Lanzarote's capital, guests of the many holiday rentals in Lanzarote find the golden sandy beach El Reducto and a wide border duty-free shops, restaurants and a great nightlife. The 16th of the Century fortress Castillo de San Gabriel, also houses an archaeological museum and offers a beautiful view over the port of Arrecife. Northeast of the island's capital, is a popular tourist center in Costa Teguise, which offers plenty of shopping.
If you are staying in our home in Lanzarote, they will find a variety of deep volcanic landscapes. The 4-mile Atlantida Tunnel, for example, the longest volcanic tunnel in the world. La Cueva de los Verdes is part of a spectacular cave landscape, created by underground lava flows. To Jameos del Agua cave system is an underground lagoon, a natural concert hall with great acoustics, and a restaurant and a museum.
The Timanfaya National Park covers a barren 'moonscape' created by volcanic eruptions in the 17th and 18 Century has emerged. Other attractions are the camel rides on the volcanic rocks, the performances of the geysers in the area, as well as dishes that are cooked in the restaurant El Diabolo with geothermal heat.
Other volcanic sights for a guest apartment or a house are the El Golfo, a volcanic crater filled with deep green sea water as well as Los Hervideros, another cave system.
