The tastefully designed apartment CAESAR with a Mediterranean flair features a breathtaking view of the ancient roman ruins and of one of the most beautiful town squares. All you will want to do during your stay in Zadar is to sit on the charming balcony and to enjoy a glass of wine whilst admiring the scenic view and the magical atmosphere.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment CAESAR with its romantic bohemian touch and warm colors consists of a modern bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, 2 separate bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a dining and sitting area with LCD screen. The apartment comfortably hosts up to 4 persons thanks to its 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. This newly renovated apartment, where everything is in top condition, has also a wonderful small balcony where you can enjoy a bottle of wine on a warm summer's evening and its stylish interior is equipped with Internet, Sat TV and Air-conditioning.

LOCATION

Our apartment CAESAR is conventionally located in the very heart of the Old Town, at the corner of two Zadar's most picturesque squares and only few minutes walking distance from the town bridge, Museum of ancient glas, beautiful ancient monuments and modern installations like the world-known See organ and Greeting to the Sun on Zadar's waterfront promenade. Many shops, bars, inns and restaurants can be found in the surroundings of the apartment, as well as all other important historic sites.

The apartment Caesar is located near 2 lounge bars which have the permission to work as night clubs from June to September, so it can be very loud during these months.

SURROUNDINGS, BEACH

Zadar is quite an exceptional town and an interesting foundation for a fascinating and different vacation as there are numerous sightseeing opportunities nearby.

The beach closest to the apartment is the town beach near the former factory Maraska on the west side, or the beach Kolovare on the east side of the town, only 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. You can also enjoy sunbathing and swimming on Zadar's waterfront promenade.
