Description

This modern apartment is located in the centre of the Old Town in a 700 years old house completely refurbished in 2011. All historical monuments, museums, city hotspots, beaches, cafes, restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets and local fish, fruit and vegetable market are reachable by foot.

From the east side of the house you have views of the St. Donat Church, the Cathedral and the remains of a 2000-year-old Roman forum and a Roman temple. The west side overlooks the old romantic streets, the Church of St. Francis and the Franciscan Monastery.

We offer you a quite romantic stay in an old house hidden inside the walls of the Old Town with all the beaches, concerts and parties in a short walking distance. You can combine fun and parties in night clubs during the night with swimming, sun bathing and visiting all the cultural hotspots of Zadar during the day. It is a vacation filled with fun and culture all at the same time and everything is right at your doorstep. Our friendly staff will give you information on everything you need and will help you organize any kind of excursions, car and bike rentals etc. You can book transfer services, excursions on a private boat or to the surrounding National Parks. Big Game Fishing and parasailing on site.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, small fully equipped kitchen, dining area, air-conditioning, sat. TV and free Wi-Fi. The apartment has a double bed. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment. Local bus and ferry station and the Marina are only 200 m away.
