Description

Beautiful new and modern apartment with all modern tech equipment like air-conditioning, flat TV screen and Wifi. that is close to the center of Zadar,Croatia. The apartment has 2 floors. First floor contains living room,kitchen and a bathroom. 3 bedrooms and the other bathroom are on the second floor.
-There are lots of FREE parking around the apartment
-2garages
The other way of going to the center of the city except going over the bridge (10minutes away walking) is using traditional Boat-ride men of Zadar that is only 5 minutes away. Since 14th century they are running a family business of driving a rowboat between 2 coasts that became a symbol of Zadar.
- the closest beach is 5 minutes away walking
- pancake bar is right in front of the entrance of the building :-)
-the bus station is in the street
- just in case,the hospital is also close (5 minutes walking)

Livis Apartment. Very clean, tidy and spacious. Easily accommodated a family of four. Air conditioning very good, as it was very hot. Handily placed for access to the old town, and also for trips further afield. Had a very enjoyable holiday. Ivana was very helpful.
