Luxury living surrounded by a wonderful mountain panorama. This top floor Apartment in Residenz Zwieselstein is situated between the two summer and winter sports resorts of Sölden and Obergurgl in the Ötztal Valley.

HOW TO GET THERE?

BY CAR , & free ski bus service.

Where is Sölden?

The Tyrolean village of Sölden can be found in the Ötztal, a southern valley in West Austria not far from Innsbruck.

From the West:

Leaving Vorarlberg for Tyrol through the Arlberg Tunnel (S16), continue along the motorway A12 past Landeck and take the Ötztal turnoff for Sölden B186 (35 km)

From the North:

Bad Tölz - Achenpaß - B 181 - Jenbach - A12- Innsbruck - Exit Ötztal - B186 (35 km) to Sölden

Pfronten - Reutte - Fernpaß - Imst - A 12 - Exit Ötztal or B171 to Ötztal (no toll road) - B186 (35 km) to Sölden

Garmisch Partenkirchen - Ehrwald - Lermoos - Fernpaß - Imst - A 12 - Exit Ötztal or B 171 bis Ötztal (no toll) - road (35 km) to Sölden

Garmisch Partenkirchen - Mittenwald - Scharnitz - Seefeld - Telfs - A12 - Exit Ötztal oder B 171 to Ötztal (no toll road) - B186 (35 km) to Sölden

From the East:

From Munich or Salzburg on the A 93 to Kufstein, then the A 12 past Innsbruck to the Ötztal, Exit on the B 186 35 km to Sölden.

From the South:

From Meran in Südtirol via the Timmelsjoch Pass to Sölden, high alpine road over 2.500 m. The pass is open from June to the end of October.

If Nicholas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
