This semi-detached cottage is set close to Aviemore and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Steam Cottage is a single-storey, semi-detached cottage, one mile from Aviemore. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double (zip/link - can be twin on request) and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen, sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory with dining area and comfy seating. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a front lawned garden and an enclosed rear lawned garden with furniture. Steam Cottage is an excellent base for a couple of family who wish to parta...ke in the many outdoor activities in the area.

Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, DVDs and games. Fuel, power and logs for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawned garden, enclosed rear lawned garden with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is a railway line situated next to the rear garden meaning some noise will be audible when steam trains pass.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Ideal place for couples or family with small children to stay in aviemore. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the log burner for extra heat as there was quite a bit of snow about and it was freezing outside. The house has all things you need for a comfotable stay,very homely and would recomend this place for anyone looking to stay in aviemore.
