Description
Just a mile from Attitash/Bear Peak Ski area, this 1100 square foot pond side townhome offers beautiful views of Crawford Pond and the mountains. The peaceful pondside setting, cozy wood stove, and kid-friendly home make our house a relaxing, "everything you need" home for families and couples alike.
There are only 10 condos within our development, allowing for your idyllic private stay. The interior is tastefully decorated and includes linens, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.
The master bedroom features a rustic pine queen bed; the second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The large bedroom upstairs has one queen bed, one full bed, and a pack n play. Bedding includes sateen sheets, down alternative comforters, quilts, and blankets. Eight bath towels are also provided. The bathroom downstairs has a full tub and the upstairs bathroom has a shower stall.
In the summer months, we offer an outdoor shower with hot water!
No pets. Sorry but we have had too many problems with pet owners in the past.

--> Once you are paid in full, 3-5 days prior to check-in, we will email you directions / info about the house, as well as the key code.
--> This is not a place for a group of partiers. We have neighbors that we respect and we respect their right to enjoy their home without a lot of noise. We will retain your full security deposit if excessive noise is reported.
--> Procedures for checking out include stripping beds and laundering sheets and towels, running and emptying dishwasher, removing trash, turning off hot water heater, etc. Contact us for further details.
