Our family had a great time!! We all fit and had plenty of room!! We will be back!! Cabin was clean, washer and dryer worked fine all other kitchen appliances worked fine. The 2nd bedroom needed a new mattress bad, and the couches needed cleaning. But other than that we all had Great Family Time!!

Absolutely loved staying here. They had a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms were big enough. We had a big group going in. We all had enough space. There were so many games to play. The only down side is not having internet connection. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time booking a cabin rental online. I was very nervous. You never know what you will actually find when you get there. Nothing to worry about with this Fun For all Cabin. I had called a few times to the rental office to ask to an early arrival. Each time I called, the staff was very nice and allowed us to checkin at 12pm instead of 3pm. Nice!!
Arriving to the cabin, the outside of it was beautiful. The front porch wraps around half the house!! The only visible negative about the inside was the stains on carpet. Other than that, it was a beautiful set up. Very large kitchen with all of the amenities! Theres a coffeepot and filters, crockpot, silverware, glasses, etc... Washer/dryer room as well! Perfect set up for families or multiple couples. We stayed there in august, and while it was warm outside, we opened up all of the windows and the breeze came in, so nice. The refrigerator was very cold upon arrival and worked the entire stay. The showers had hot water for our entire stay. We had 5 adults and two kids in our party. The master bedroom is crazy big with a beautifully newer bathroom. The other two bedrooms were perfect. The kids loved the room with two bunk beds! We brought our own pillows and I would recommend that. The cabin pillows are a bit flat. - the bathrooms do have guest bath towels for use but the are not soft and actually are rough on your skin. I'm thankful we brought our own because I didn't expect the cabin to have towels.
I would highly recommend this cabin to my family and friends. We are already talking about reserving this cabin for next year. Thank you Big Bear Cool Cabins. :)

## English is my 2nd language. So please forgive my odd grammar.
This place can hold family of 10. (3 bed. 3rd room have 4 bed!)
We are family of 3. So I guess it was my fault to choose this place.
Location is a little far from main attractions. Especially spring time when there is no snow. (10-15 min drive from village, lake ...etc)
I should book with 2 bed in lake front.
Place is big but that's about it. A little run down...etc
Hope this review helped.
Great Cabin with a small side of grumpy staff.

The cabin itself was great! It was clean and well maintained. My friends and I had a great time. The only issue we had was the not-so-happy or helpful staff.
We had an issue with lost car keys. One of mmy friends thought he has locked his keys in the car after retrieving tire chains from the trunk. We attempted to call the main office with this issue knowing that it was covered under the cabin insurance. We spent 2.5 hours on the phone with very unhelpful staff who just transferred us to other unhelpful staff. At one point we called the main office and a small child asnwered the phone telling us, "My mommy is not here right now." Just seconds after we had just gotten off the phone someone from that office. We called two more times (It was the correct phone number. Believe me we thought we called a wrong number) and got the same childish answer. We suspected it was someone from the office trying to avoid our problem. Finally we got ahold of someone who sort of knew what they were doing and told us the estimated time to get help to us was 2 more hours. We decided to call our own aAa company, and they arrived in 30 minutes.
This horrible staff interaction experience ruined our day of planned snowboarding. It was even more unfortunate because it had just snowed the night before. It definitly was a mistake to have to keys lost, but mistakes do happen and with little to no help from the cabin staff.
One good thing I will say about the staff is that the lighbulbs in the dining room went out and we called for replacements. They sent someone within 20 minutes to replace the bulbs. That was great.
We are so sorry that you had difficulty with your car keys and that we couldn't get a quicker response during the holidays. Guessing your call came through after the regular office hours because our reservationists do transfer the calls to their homes in case of a guest emergency. Sounds like a child answered their phone. Sorry :) The response that you got when you needed light bulbs is more indicative of the service that we strive to provide. Hope to see you next time you're in Big Bear.

Had a bachelorette party here. Very layback and spacious. We had plenty of space to do fun camping activities! It's a great house if you have lots of people.

I searched coolcabins.com based on reviews and this one was excellent. We are absolutely going back again and will stay at Fun For all if available. The central heater worked fine, no problems getting hot water, lots of space, and everything you need.

Me and my boyfriend went with his brother and several of our friends, to attend Oktoberfest at the convention center, and we had a wonderful time. I only have one complaint, and that was that we were not able to stay longer. We went for just one day, and have to say the atmosphere of the cabin was so cozy and home-ey, and felt modern, not like some cabins in the past that smell and look aged and outdated. There were 9 in our party, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The customer service when I booked over the phone was also great at accomidating my requests, and ensured I stayed in the appropriate cabin with my friends, which we did. Our trip was for my boyfriends birthday celebration, and we had a blast, I have to say part of the reason (besides Oktoberfest fun) was the great place we stayed in. We are all planning another trip this winter, and will be staying at the same cabin, for a few more days though. Two thumbs up Cool Cabins!! See you all soon :)
A very quiet and peaceful place to vacation.

My family and I had a great time. It was so much more than we expected. It was nice that we didn't have to take anything other than our food and clothes.

Everything was great... It was like being at home.
Two things to mention is that for Christmas, I would have preferred a fireplace, but the heater worked good enough. And be prepared to throw your own garbage at the dump site yourself. If you vacationing with family you might not have enough room for that.
On the other hand, the service was great. Had a couple of fire alarms start to go out so I called the main office on Christmas day and they had somebody out there within 15 minutes. Very good service.
