Just a stroll away from the lake, marina, Boulder Bay Park, and scenic hiking trails, this spacious 1300+ sq ft home is the perfect base for your mountain adventures. A short drive takes you to all that Big Bear has to offer, including the Village, ski resorts, Snow Play, and the Convention Center.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, dining area, a wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Unwind in the cozy atmosphere created by a crackling fire after a day of exploration while you gather with loved ones in this mountain home.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The upstairs bedroom suite has a queen bed, smart TV, and private bath. The downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. The upstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Enjoy modern amenities like Smart TVs, streaming apps, and fast WiFi throughout the property. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace or take advantage of the convenient laundry area with a side-by-side washer/dryer.

“Brown Bear's Den July Stay”

We enjoyed our stay in Brown Bear's Den. The location and amenities were what we were looking for. We did have issues with ants in the kitchen, but otherwise the townhouse was clean.

The house was huge. We had 3 big family with tons of kids. There were enough rooms to sleep and play. The heating was great. We never felt cold at all. Must come back.

The dock is a shared Condo dock that you had to share, very shallow soo fishing was almost impossible off the dock, theres two pools and two Hot Tubs, overall very nice two story condo.

How do damage deposits work?
