Enter your condo on the lower level in your bright and modern yet cozy and warm living room space with gorgeous hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, and super unique original paintings covering the walls in every room. You will love sitting on the nook chairs in the bay window or snuggling up on the leather sectional sofa as you warm your toes in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace and watch a movie on the mounted flat screen Hulu Live TV, with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided throughout the property for your enjoyment by the owners. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.) The open floor plan flows seamlessly to your dining spaces and the brand new kitchen where you will have everything you need right on site to enjoy home cooked meals or prepare slope-side snacks for your day. Farm style barstools sit at the fresh breakfast bar while the beautiful table has plenty of room for the rest of the crew to sit comfortably over meals together. The chef of your group will love the adorable and modern kitchen with freshly painted crisp white cabinets stocked with cookware and utensils for your use along with stainless appliances and even a dishwasher to ensure your cleanup is an absolute breeze here.

The layout of this chalet is perfect for a group with a beautiful hallway bathroom and laundry area with a washer and dryer on hand for those wet snow clothes or extended visits right here on the lower entry level. The second level of your chalet hosts two bedrooms and an additional full bathroom for your convenience while the third level upstairs is a fabulous bunk room loft that is perfect for the kids or group of friends traveling together. All of your rooms offer flat screen Streaming TVs, windows, closets, and will be made up for your group's arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels when you arrive for your vacation. Outside your chalet you have multiple sun decks available as well as a propane BBQ grill where you can relax and grill up your dinner in the evenings. Flat driveway parking is available behind the condos in a private back alley which keeps you away from the resort traffic on Summit Blvd out front- beat the shuttle as you will be able to just walk to the lifts from your base camp chalet! Hop in the car and your group is within a ten minute drive to the lake or marina, grocery stores, and even the downtown Village shops for dining and entertainment- this truly is the ultimate year round location for your stay.
