Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.

Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

WALK TO SNOW SUMMIT!

An ideal location for families and groups that want to stay very close to the resort! This top level duplex unit will provide all the necessities within a pleasantly rustic cabin decor.

LIVING SPACE - This upstairs unit offers a comfortable 1100+ sq ft floor plan with a living room, dining table, bar seating, brick faced wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - Two bedroom (one is a loft), one bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, bath with garden tub, and deck access. Loft has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stoves with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Cable TV, fast WiFi, and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax in the huge tub in the master or cozy up with a book near the cozy wood burning fireplace after walking back from the slopes. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Deck and patio furniture, and a barbecue to meet all your grilling needs.

We do apologize if you felt this matter was being brushed off or belittled by anyone in the office. There is internet at this cabin however you must plug into the Ethernet chord.
