Located just below Bear Mountain Resort in a prime Moonridge neighborhood location you will have immediate and convenient access to wintertime ski lifts, summertime golf course and hiking trails, or the newly constructed and year round Alpine Zoo, adventure awaits just outside your door. Ample flat year round parking pairs with the perfectly manicured yard and private fenced back yard hosting a great patio area with a Charcoal BBQ and your own private hot tub under the stars.

Enter your cozy single level chalet where you are greeted with knotty pine cathedral ceilings and a toasty gas faux log fireplace along with big open windows to take in the views and watch the snow falling outside.
