Description

Great house in a great location. Access to multi million dollar recreational center of Waterville Estates. Three level contemporary home with multiple decks. Top floor is the living level with livingroom, dining, kitchen and half bath. Mid level has a master suite with queen bed and adjoining room with daybed This room works great for parents with small children or can be closed off and used as a separate room. Another bedroom has twin beds. Unique full bath in three separate rooms. Bottom level has family room, one bedroom with a queen, three quarter bath and laundry room. Just steps outside to a private 6 person hot tub with waterfall feature.
