The house was nice and clean and ready for use. Three adults and two children enjoyed their stay there.
The realtor failed to include a necessary key in the packet picked up at the start. When the family called the agency to tell them of their mistake, the realtor refused to deliver the key even though it was their error. It was inconvenient and cost the renters some precious time. After a whole day of driving with small children in the car, the family was forced to delay their unpacking and go back to the agency to get the key.Response from Jersey Cape Realty - 09/11/2012

We apologized for any inconvenience the tenant may have experienced due to not having a copy of the key to the pool. We (the real estate company) were only made aware that the condo association now required a key for pool access on that day. It took time to track down the necessary key.
