You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 story Cape May cottage. House sleeps 10 and features central a/c throughout main floor and split a/c unit upstairs, 7 ceiling fans, a covered 1st floor sitting porch, a screened in 2nd floor porch overlooking the backyard, a 2nd floor airy sitting room and 2 1st floor additional family areas with a gas stove and a gas fireplace. 1st floor also includes an eat-in kitchen, full bath with tub/shower, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a queen sofa bed in one of the family areas. The 2nd floor features a huge bedroom with a queen bed and a convertible couch/bunk beds and a full bath with shower. 2 TVs, stereo w/ CD player, DVD and VHS are available for your enjoyment. A nice selection of board games and books are also available for your use. The backyard has a patio with dining set, gas grill and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the fully fenced in yard with your pups! One off-street parking space is available. All of this is within walking distance to the beach and shopping areas.
Large Family Room and also a comfortable living room. Upstairs bedroom suite with Queen bed, pyramid bed, flat screen TV for comfortable sitting room and a screened in porch. Canopied front porch for relaxing evenings in all types of weather. Owner provides gas for grill. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. NO OFF SEASON RENTALS.
