We offer you live a few days with the Prairies where riding Clint Eastwod and Kirk Douglas fought the Romans in the natural settings of films like; “Spartacus”, “El Cid”, “The Good, the Bad. and the Ugly”, “For a Few Dollars More”…and more than 200 movies filmed in this town. A place where you can enjoy walks in the countryside, knowing, moreover, a castle of the 15th century perfectly preserved (Manzanares El Real Castle), dramatized visits, a Basilica from the same century (Nuestra Señora de la Asunción) with its sacred Museum, a chapel with important Visigothic remains; ultimately you will not get bored, sure, because you also have routes:

All 20 minutes from Madrid, in a House with garden and private swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy the special cuisine of the area: meat with denomination of origin of the Sierra de Guadarrama, honey in the area, dairy products, and in baking, the so-called hollow and solid buns along with the famous "Manolitos".
In the same locality is located golf course, tennis courts, an equestrian center, sports centres, spa and Paintball, where you can enjoy yourself with your family or friends.
DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE
The villa is located in a residential area of Colmenar Viejo, in a quiet environment without noise. The plot has a garden with large trees, swimming pool and solarium.
The villa, on the ground floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with fireplace.
The upper floor dedicated to the filming of movies that were made locally in the 60-70 years has a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with shower and a small workroom. All rooms are exterior of the villa.
The villa has heating for winter.
