Enjoy your Disney vacation in a Tuscan Style Resort Paradise just 6 miles from Disney World, in Davenport, Orlando, Florida. Orlando was amongst the Top Ten most popular destinations to visit by Kayak. Located in the private Regal Palms resort next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course, this 4 bed / 3 bath unit sleeps up to 8 guests, and is just a two minute walk to the resort pool entrance & clubhouse. The resort's 2.5 acre oasis boasts Green Energy (geothermal) heat for the Lazy river, the Pool and the Hot tubs. A water slide with waterfalls, a gym and a Spa offering massages make it a relaxing and refreshing holiday. The resort now has a Frankie Farrells Bar and Grill for your relaxation and enjoyment. It serves some very appetizing food as well.

The resort is approximately 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. A shopping plaza is conveniently located within a 2 minute driving distance from the resort with a Publix grocery, Gas station, Restaurants (Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Continental), Bank ATMs, and other amenities.

A mandatory $22.40 incl. tax, per unit (not per individual), per day, resort usage fee is applied on arrival by the Regal Palms resort management for every new check-in, effective Jan 1, 2021. This allows every guest to use the lazy river, pool, jaccuzi and other clubhouse facilities during their stay.

The home features two Master bedrooms and two twin bedrooms which can sleep 8 guests. The main Master Bedroom, located upstairs, is equipped with a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second Master Bedroom, located on the main floor (no stairs), is equipped with a Queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The third & fourth bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and cookware. There is also a washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience.The Condo-Town home is equipped with Flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi for your added convenience. Guests would need to input their user id and password to access channels like Netflix or any other paid movie channels, if it asks for a password.

Business amenities are provided by Regal Palms for those that may want to have a working holiday at this property. They include a business center and a meeting / conference room. Guests may contact the front desk at Regal Palms for more information. There is a restaurant along with a bar / lounge that serves fast food type of dishes.

The clubhouse has a fun-filled game room. There are Family-friendly activities, including weekly "dive-in movies," trivia contests, and holiday-themed events. The front desk would be more than happy to inform guests about the events.

The units are self-catering and as such we supply items such as toilet tissue, soap and garbage bags to see guests through the first/second night. Guests staying longer may need to bring along or buy these items from the Publix grocery, just 2 minutes away from the resort. Please keep all food and drink in either the refrigerator or cupboards and wipe up up any spills to avoid attracting the local insect population.

Problems may and do occur sometimes in a rental home. Our staff will endeavor to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and certainly within 24 hours. A guest can reach out to our Property Management (not Regal Palms), 7 days a week during regular office hours. Our contact information is available in the Welcome Book. In the event a Specialist needs to be contacted, this will be arranged as soon as possible. All of our staff are trustworthy, but should you wish to be present during any work or maintenance (if any), we can arrange a mutually convenient time.

We recommend you obtain Travel Insurance to cover last minute cancellations and weather matters or ill health and disruption to travel. The owner is not liable for any uninsured event and last minute cancellations will not be permitted for any force majeure.

Guests are encouraged to read the Welcome Kit which has very useful information. The kit can be found in the living room or kitchen area..
