This was a nice 3 bed, 2 bath house. It needs some maintenance though. There was mold in the showers, the beds desperately need to be replaced, and one of the legs of the couch were really broken, making the couch tip. (one star removed for these things) If these things were fixed, it would make it a great place. The other thing that bothered us was that our neighbors threw two parties while during our stay. They were so loud that we could here their conversations till 3:30am.(one star removed for that) Maintenance responded very quickly to the fact that we didn't have hot water. I loved that we could show up whenever and get into the house via key lock box without having to wait.

This home was located so that we had very short drives, lenght and time wise to all the venues in the Orlando area. They could use a few more towels (there was not one hand towel!), and the mattresses need an upgrade. Otherwise it was really nice.

Nice home but there were no TVs in the other 2 bedrooms. My kids wanted to watch their shows so one had to go in my room and the other in the living room.

Thanks for the feedback, each vacation rental is individually owned and while some owners also like having tv's in all bedrooms some just wish their renters would enjoy the home and the pool and family time and not focus so much on every one watching their own programs in different rooms. More and more owners are realizing we all need some TV time before bed :)

I really enjoyed my stay with Eagle management. It was easy bookin & checkin in. We had a slight problem with the air, I contacted the main office & the problem was resolved immediately. Over all a great stay!!!

We were very pleased with the house on arrival. We had problems with the air conditioning and management company did not seem to care about resolving the issues. Our first night there we had to go out at midnight and purchase fans from Walmart. It was 83 degrees in the home. Called emergency number attendant said problem could not be fixed until in the am. Called management company again in the morning and they said they would send someone out right away to put refrigerant in the unit. Nobody came out to the house until 5:00pm so my mother in law sat in the hot house waiting on maintenance people all day. Refrigerant was not the issue house was still over 80 degrees. We were then told by maintenance people that the house was just hard to cool there was nothing else they could do several houses in Florida often have that problem. We called Eagle management several times throughout the week. It proved to be non-effective.We were forced to stay in a house with a thermostat reading of over 80 te entire week we were there and the when I called to ask about management company reimbursing us. I was told we can be reimbursed for the fans but we need to bring the fans and the boxes and the receipts to The management office. Would have been much simpler to take them back to Walmart it was closer. I was very disappointed with how the management company handled this situation. My husband that works 2 jobs and really needed a vacation stated, "the heat ruined his relaxation." House overall was a nice house, very well kept and clean but poor management.

Thank you for your feedback, with privately owned vacation rentals there is always a chance of something like this happening like the A/C going down. We have a maintenance team that can troiubleshoot but if the problem is larger we need to call different contractors to resolve the issues.We offered to return the fans as this is the least we could do. Normally we will ask the guest to be relocated if the A/C is not able to be fixed so apologies if this was not offered to you and your family.

We were very disappointed with the "governor" on the houses temperature control. After travelling for 15 hrs and getting to the house around 11 pm, we were not impressed to get to a house that was hot, for which we could not regulate the temperature. There were not even ceiling fans or any other type of fans to make it comfortable. We had to go out and purchase fans so that we could sleep the remainder of our stay.
I realize that $105 will only get you so much, but the furnishings were much less than we would have expected. It was also a bit further from the DW area than we'd hoped.
It was spacious, but all of the little notes everywhere were a turn off.
We did feel that the area was a safe area, however.
We did not like knowing until a few days before our arrival what area we would be in. I don't see how it would jeopardize the homeowners safety by at least advising what subdivision the house is located in further in advance than 3 days of arrival.
We will most likely never rent a pool home again in this area.Response from Eagle Management - 06/29/2012

Thanks for the feedback and sorry you were dissapointed with your stay in our vacation rental. air conditioners are locked for owners protection as guests tend to lower it so much that the units get frozen and this is a costly repair most likely passed on to the guest that caused it so to prevent this we do have a cover over the controls.

We loved the location, it was a beautiful house very roomy.We love the pool, having everything there was alsome, not have to worry about anything but food made our vacation more enjoyable. I will stay here again. The only thing I thought would benfit our stay would be more seating around the Tv area. And the beds where not real comfortable. Thank you for the wonderfull vacation.

House was great, had plenty of space for us and our things. Location was within 15 or 20 minutes of the places that we went. Some concern about security because it wasn't a gated neighborhood and the door only had a deadbolt. Biggest disappointment was that the pool couldn't be used because the water was too cold and the pool heater didn't work. Had we known that the pool wouldn't be available to use at all we could have saved some money and rented a villa without a pool instead.

Our rental home in Davenport Florida was spacious,affordable abd offered great amenities such as a washer and dryer which was very much needed during our visit. The home was located in an area in which provided easy access to Disney World, food and shopping. Our kids also enjoyed access to their very own private pool. The neighborhood was also nice and cozy.

Everything was clean and very nice. We paid the extra money for a heated pool, the pool was cold we called management they sent someone out to check and could not get it fixed so they gave us the credit for the pool heat charge. The only thing that would be nice to have available is a gas grill. The area was nice and quiet and easy to find.

Overall it was slightly less than desireable. Upon entering the house it seemed very majestic and it was in great condition. My only complaints are that the dishes that were left on the tables for decoration were filthy and I had to clean them in order to use them. The place mats still had dried food on them from who knows when. The carpets were filthy and should have been cleaned or replaced. The couches had covers on them and were dirty as well. The rooms were nice but the beds were signifiganly less plush than I had imagined. Also the dryer didn't work very well, it took twice as long to dry, and the pool was an additional charge for use. I would not choose to stay at one of these places again unless it was for a considerable bargain, although it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the amusement parks and congestion of Orlando, if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay and need space moreso than a hotel room and don't mind the details then this may be the right choice for you. For the price a hotel would seem more desireable since they would clean it everyday for you and chances are good their would be a pool.

Thanks for the feedback, we are a local management company and should there be a cleaning issue and something missed by the cleaners we are happy to send them back to rectify. dishes are placed on the tables as decoration so they will get dusty and just a rinse should do, carpets will get easily marked with guests going in and out of the pool and in and out of the homes so we will always continue to clean carpets as much as the owners allow us to do so. Pool heating is an additional charge as with any vacation rental company, thanks for the comments on the dryer, we will look into this and make sure it is working well.

The house was clean, but was not equipped at all. There was no dvd, no clock in bedrooms, not enough towels or wash cloths. Did not stay that long at the house, but if we were planning to stay a week or longer it would of been really bad. Also how do you not have a BBQ grill to cook out on. When you stay at a place like that you like to be able to enjoy it. They did not even have a dish rag for the kitchen. Was very disappointed .

Thanks for the comments and we will suggest to the Owner of the home to purchase a DVD player as well as alarm clocks for the rooms. BBQ's are available to rent from our office. Towels should be 2 per person that the home sleeps and wash cloths unforftunately are not provided so what is at the home has been left by other guests. We do have extras at the office that we are happy to drop off complimentary if needed. Homes are equipped by the owners personally so some will have more features than others.

I vacationed with my 3 children in florida and I was very impressed with this vacation home. It was neat, clean and well equipped. Everything was in place and well put together. The pool was a delight. I hightly recommend the vacation homes for families.

The house was great! It contained everything that we thought we would need during our stay. The location of the home was quiet and very suitable for a enjoyable vacation. Best of all, there were nice restaurants and shopping areas within a reasonable distance which was a big plus for me. What I liked least was that that there was not free wi-fi!!! Overall it was a great experience for me and my family and we're looking forward to doing it again!!

For future you can request to be allocated in a home with internet although this may be a different category but we definitely have these available and with games rooms, Tv;s in every bedroom, etc. Every home is unique but we can always find you one that suits you best.
