Welcome to the Sunny Delight!

Sunny Delight is a beautifully appointed and furnished 2 story villa located on the upscale Tuscan Hills community.

Downstairs

Living room:

-Pool table

-Foosball table

-Seating area with 3 seater sofa

-Loveseat and armchair

-Further family seating area with 3 seater sofa, loveseat and armchair, TV, DVD player and patio doors to the pool area

-There is a full family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC

-Garage has been converted to a games room with ping pong table.

-The rear of the property has dense hedges surrounding the pool screen giving almost complete privacy.

Grocery stores/restaurants are 5 minutes away and major theme parks attractions are 15 minutes away.

Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has a gas pool heater which requires a minimum of 3 consecutive days.

Response from the manager The issues addressed by the guest have been resolved, rug replaced,towel bar replaced still only 1 TV in home. The Pool Spa (hot tub) heated to the pool heat temperature but did not bubble and raise to 100 degrees so it remained at 89 degrees same as the pool temperature.We did receive the clients voicemails but did not have a callback number, attempts were made to access the home to lower the A/c temperatures and pool spa issue is resolved but it was not an easy fix so the guest did not enjoy this feature. All homes are owned individually and we try to get all Owners to approve as much as possible but some things are out of our hands.
