Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated large vacation home, about 8 miles to Disney main gate and near all other attractions. It features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and almost all of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. With 2 living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, less than two miles to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous SOUTH-FACING pool/Spa with a child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib and highchair) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West Coast.

This home is ideally situated in the popular Solana Resort, a 24x7 guarded resort with clubhouse, which is located on US 27 between Rt 192 and Highway I-4. It's known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. Solana Resort is the perfect spot. It is very close to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, beaches on the East and West coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. At the heart of the resort, steps away from this villa, there is a recreation area, Internet Cafe, fitness room, huge pool and Spa, interactive children's play areas, mini golf course, sand volleyball, sundry shop, newspaper and children's library, as well as free DVD and golf club rental. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by palm trees or take a 5-minute drive, which will take you to the busy Rt 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the gorgeous Champions Gate Golf Course a few miles away (two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

Using pool without heating is free. Pool/Spa heating is optional $30 a night for the entire stay. Grill rental is optional $63/week. The price quoted online doesn't include this fees. “Decent place but lacking in some areas”

Response from the owner While it's nice to know that they were happy with our house and happy with their stay, this review came to us as a big surprise and we would like to clarify a few things for our future guests. First, about the Wi-Fi password, there was a huge company wide outage of Summit Broadband during their stay including services for both phone and Internet. They thought we had given them the wrong password when they called, but the service was actually out. The manager explained this to them in details. I also received an email from the provider about the outage while I was traveling overseas during that time. Our management is always very responsive. They must be in this area for the first time. Policeman being at the gate doesn't mean anything. This community is a guard-gated community and there are many great vacation resorts in that area. It’s known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. It's very safe and enjoyable area. We never had or heard anything unsafe. They are totally wrong about this. Our property manager just painted the house a week before their stay and no broken outlet or dirty couch was found. The management company inspects the property before each check-in and inspects again after every check-out to make sure the house is fully ready for our guests and address anything needs care. We just steam cleaned the couches in the spring. We found this was hard to believe. Regarding to toilet paper, we always provide one roll per bathroom and we clearly explain ahead of time in our check-in instructions about what we provide and what we don't. "Initial supply -- Align with the common practice of Orlando short-term vacation rental (self catering), an initial supply of basic necessities such as toilet tissue (one roll per bathroom), soap, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided; cooking ware and utensils are provided too. But detergents, spices like salt pepper or cooking oil is not provided. You can buy what you need at nearby supermarket (named Publix)." They either never rented a vacation home before or didn't read the instructions carefully. About the hot tub. They didn't order the service. So it wasn't on. That's why. The hot tub SPA is always extra service for vacation homes. This tells us again that this may be their first time renting a vacation home. The management said they would check the foosble table as they didn't hear anything about it and would definitely fix it accordingly. We always take guests feedback seriously and address any issues quickly. This helps us to improve our services and have more and more happy guests. After we got this review, we immediately checked with the guests who rented the house right after them about how everything went. Here is the next guests reply: "We would just like to thank you. We enjoyed the vacation rental very much! We enjoyed Solana resort and the area was perfect for our needs! We had an small issue with the gas grill but one call to the property management and they did take care of if quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. Next time we visit the area, we will call you to stay here again. Thank you! The Coates family."
