A beautiful and spacious villa with all the comforts & amenities to enjoy. Kids loved the pool & game room. Close to Disney World and many good restaurants.

We stayed in this home in Davenport, Florida from 6/26-7/3.
The home met everyone of our goals. The home was very clean including the pool. The location gave us just the right amount of privacy yet was within easy reach of all attractions. All bedrooms were spacious with plenty of clean bathrooms to go around. Even the home temp was just right. We plan on making a return visit.Response from Eagle Management - 07/27/2010

We enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was parking was at a minimum. This condo converted the garage into a rec room, therefore, the garage was not available for a car. With the weather and parking so tight, we missed use of the garage.
We will use your management firm again, maybe next year.....if we decided to come to the Davenport area again.

Parking is available for one car in driveway as garage is a great games room with many details for enjoyment of the guests, additional parking is available at the end of the cul de sac or clubhouse with a short walk. Thanks

We really enjoyed our month-long stay,the house was perfect for us(2 adults and 3 teens), spotlessly clean, well equiped, spacious with an excellent orientation getting the morning sun.Good location, near attractions, golf and restaurants,shops etc.We had one quibble, the pool is not kept warm enough, apparently its the policy of the management company.Otherwise thank you ,it was a great stay and hope to go back as soon as my bank manager comes out to play.

I am glad I picked this villa!
This was the first time for us renting a villa instead of a hotel room. We rented this villa for 13 nights and I wish it would have been a little longer, there is so much to do!!
The location is just perfect, 40 minutes to the Airport, 30 minutes to Disney, 8 minutes to the new mall turning left. Going to the right there is a Wall Mart, everything is within minutes there. The Florida Mall was really great to (longer drive). We had a Navigation System and this was very helpful.
Also we enjoyed the pool, the weather was just perfect for it. I wish the chairs on the pool would have been more comfortable.

This is the first time we have stayed in a rental home but it will not be the last time. We received all the information we needed to enter the area and the home before we left home wich made it so easy when we arrived. The home surpassed our expectations,it was beautiful. We are already talking about returning next year. It was the best decision we made to rent the home. We will recommend this home highly. It was a perfect place to spend our vacation. Thanks for havng someplace like that available.

Our stay was wonderful, the villa was great, my grandkids loved it as well, they loved the pool and loved playing pool. I would rent this again and would recommend this villa to anyone.
