PLEASE NOTE: During Covid time only people from Florida can reserve the property.

Enjoy your next family vacation or Golf retweet, in this Spacious Three bedroom, Three bath Pool Home. Equipped with all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room leading out to a private screened in pool. Centrally located for all that Orlando has to offer, home is within 10-15 mins from Disney and only a few minutes away from local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. (2 car spots in driveway, no parking on the street)

Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

No Dogs allowed unless it is a service dog and Documentation must be provided before booking. There will also be an extra cleaning fee if this has been approved.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs,1 laundry tab, hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom before you arrive. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned along with, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, salt/pepper etc. are the guests responsibility.

The Open kitchen is more than a place to prepare meals. It is an inviting gathering space for you and your family to enjoy breakfast or, morning coffee at the breakfast nook or family dining at the formal dining table.

The Living area is spacious and cohesive, flowing seamlessly from room to room. The Patio doors look out to the pool and patio area.

Pool Area

Enjoy the idyllic Florida Sun in your screened in private pool and sun deck. The pool is beautiful looking over the surrounding neighborhood and green grass.

Relax by the pool, or watch the sunset while sipping a cool drink by the poolside.

The pool can be heated upon request and for an additional charge of $25 per night. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay to avoid being charged extra for the trip fee.

Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.

Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures.

How do damage deposits work?
