Welcome Home!
To start, we would like to apologize for a couple of not so stellar reviews, totally our fault and want to make sure that never happens again, over 150 super happy guests the last 8 years, we are looking forward to having you stay with us!
New and improved and taking into account our guests feedback , We have Apple TV with 50-55 inch in every room for your convenience , and with HULU TV with LIVE TV so you wont miss any football games or your favourite shows, we added phone service with Free unlimited taking in the US, Canada and Mexico, we also changed all our outdoor furniture to better accommodate you and your family, We have a fully stocked kitchen so cook away, were all avid cooks so food is family and love.
Also please note our home is on average 50% bigger then all other homes in the Disney area, and we are all but 10-15 mins away from Disney World!
Our home is decorated with love as we have love to have the family over and we believe vacations should be magical.
We also unlike most others offer NO BOOKING FEE, yes that’s 15% less since we pay all the fees so shop around and see, we offer more for less!
As for amenities , we are close to everything , Target, Publix, Restaurants and Pubs, all within a couple of miles from the house !
Also a popular question , we are south west with sun over us ALL DAY, so sunbathe away (we also have a self serve bin of all your favourite sun creams, just in case you forget yours:)

Our home is truly in one of the nicest areas of all of Orlando, just driving into the area will impress you, complete Paradise awaits you!
Beautiful 3100 sqf 4 bedroom villa in luxurious Bella Toscana just 10 mins away from Disney theme park sand attractions! State of the art amenities await, 4 large bedrooms and upstairs sofa bed accommodates 10!
2 large guest suites with Queen bedroom sets including walk-in closest and flat screen TV & DVD
1 large kids room including large walk-in full of toys and stuffed animals, TV/DVD with PLAYSTATION & XBOX including 40 plus games for all ages!!!
Master bedroom includes KING bed, Play pen/crib , 42' LCD HD flat screen with en-suite bath and shower and large walk-in closet!
Second story family room with 42' LCD HD flat screen, L Shape swede leather sofa bed, PlayStation unit and iPod connectivity also with BLURAY with Netflix! Account already activated so no worries and enjoy! We also provide over 320 channels with all the best channels such as HBO, Showtime and so much more, just in case its raining outside and want to chill indoors;)

“Very nice and comfortable”
This is the third time that we are staying in this villa. It has everything you need for your vacation. Feels like coming home for us. Frank is very easy to contact. Won’t be the last time.

Response from the owner Hi Donald and Barbra, We’re really sorry to hear that the home wasn’t to your standards, I too use Airbnb and other platforms when I vacation, we alll have our different standards, unfortunately this didn’t work out for you. Our reliable Matag finally died, yes it happens, it worked fine for close to 20 years, we got a new one in 72 hours which was the earliest Best Buy could come, for the cleaning we did bring this to to our managers attention, unfortunately if I could I would go more often to have the place tip top. Again I’m truly sorry that the washing machine broke down, the TV set up are as stated with fire stick but from the feedback the last couple of rentals I will be rectified soon. It’s crazy that the last 2 guests weren’t happy, we thought we were doing a good job till now but looks like we have to do much better. My wife and I are flying in next week to clean and go over all the details. We hope you consider us in the future, I promise I will make it perfect or it will be free. Elizabeth we do wish you come back and with that a promise that I myself will be there prior to make sure it’s tip top condition.
