Freshly renovated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Katama area home featuring an open layout, state of the art kitchen, and a large deck on a 1/2 acre of land. Perfect for family and extended family vacations. Large dining table comfortably seats 8-10. Large sectional couch and coffee table are perfect for family game or movie nights. Downstairs queen bedroom has a private master bath. Upstairs are two oversized bedrooms; one with a queen bed and cozy ready corner, and the other with 2 twin beds, full sized futon, and 2nd TV (perfect space for the kids on the occasional rainy day).

Access to tennis courts and pond.
