“Vacation with a view....” Great house! Our Family's Favorite. This house has it all! Beautiful, simple furnishings and well maintained through the years. Fantastic location just a hop, skip and a jump from South Beach. Beautiful view of the ocean, you won't want to leave!

“Private Farm House” This was a beautiful, simple farmhouse in the most beautiful setting. Very private. Lots of comfortable space. I loved the fact that it had no television. The groundskeeper was extremely friendly and helpful. Probably my favorite house and setting during the ten years I have been going to Martha's Vineyard. My only two complaints were (1) The mosquitoes on Chappy were thick and would eat us alive, at times. (2) When we wanted to go back and forth to Martha's Vineyard, we had the additional cost of the ferry...which added up quickly.

“great home” This house is great for 2 families, it has quiet private grounds and 2 living rooms on separate floors, nice kitchen. close to south beach which is dangerous for small tots, but a very clean and beautiful beach.

“Very good experience” House was just right for us--clean, bright, nice deck/table/outside shower; living room was cozy but big enough for 4-6. Missing a few basics in the kitchen that we had to buy, but other than that, no complaints.

“lovely, older vacation home with amazing view” We haved stayed in this vacation home twice. It is set up very well for a couple and several children or guests. There are lovely views of Edgartown harbor, and Chappy is of course away from the hustle and bustle of the Vineyard "towns". THe kitchen and bathroom are somewhat older but everything works perfectly well. There is a tennis court that is shared among neighbors. Our second summer unfortunately there were several days with bothersome mosquitos around the house. This was not a problem our first summer. We would still stay here again.

“Great Vineyard Vacation” This house is close to town walking distance to Katama General Store and The right Fork for breakfast. On the bus line and bike/walking path, yet private with a huge yard for afternoon games! We have come back year after year. This house has accomodated my daughter and her teenage friends for an impromptu long weekend, while also accomodating my 78 year old mom and my young children. Its family friendly, has a great outdoor shower, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful deck for morning coffee or evening happy hour. We keep coming back!
