This ground floor, detached cottage is set within enclosed gardens in Falmouth and can sleep four people in three bedrooms.Joylands is a delightful, detached cottage situated near the seaside resort of Falmouth in Cornwall. Set solely on the ground floor, the cottage can sleep four people in a double room, two single rooms, and a family bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area with doors leading outside. Outside, the garden is enclosed with furniture on a decked area, and there is off road parking for two cars. Joylands is a wonderful base for friends and families exploring Cornwall, all year round.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed terraced garden with pond and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: There is a drop and an unfenced pond in the garden, children to be supervised.
Region: Cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations.
Town: Falmouth boasts the third largest natural harbour in the world, winding streets, beaches, pubs, shops, an art gallery, a National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. Nearby is the town of St Mawes and Swanpool Nature Reserve.

“Budock Bungalow”
