Description

Our 6 bedroom, 4½ bath villa with Private Pool, comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and is located in the Hampton Lakes community which is ideally located for all of Orlando's attractions, shopping areas, restaurants and golf courses. It is also within easy reach of the Interstate 4, which provides access to either coast of Florida.

Hampton Lakes is a relatively small development of luxury appointed homes with sparkling pools and lakes which create an atmosphere of relaxing peace and tranquility. Communal facilities include two children's playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volley ball court.

Located off Highway 27 approximately 2-3 miles south of the western end of Highway 192, Hampton Lakes is a 10 minute drive from Splendid China and only 15 minutes from World Drive, the entrance to Disney World, and all its attractions. Seaworld is 20 minutes away and within 30 minutes you can reach Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Downtown Orlando, The Belz outlets and the Florida Mall (the largest shopping mall in the US).

Both coasts are within easy reach using Interstate 4 with Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre about 1 hour drive away, whilst Tampa and the white sands of the Gulf coast can be reached comfortably within 1½ hours. There are numerous golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

This really could be the perfect family holiday getaway!

The House was quiet and spacious. The furniture was very outdated. An the cleaning crew had done a poor job with cleaning the house. The game room had an odor and was not sufficient to use.
