Pull your boat up to the dock or simply throw your bait in the water right out back at the landing. The house has been stylishly decorated, making it a warm and cozy place to read, relax or sunbathe on the back deck. There are too many words to describe the experience my family and I had while staying at this "home"! Awesome, excellent, peaceful, Fun, relaxing...I can go on and on. Mr. Bucher, made sure we had everything we could ever ask for on a vacation, making this the best one yet for me and my family! It's in close proximity to everything...clean, very nice area, with wonderful neighbors. Walk out the back door to a beautiful canal that leads right to Xanadu Beach...Simply amazing!!! Don't hesitate to take your family to a place this home won't let them forget!

My family, 3 adults and 2 kids, absolutely loved this house on the island of Grand Bahama. The house itself is beautifully appointed and very well kept. The canal in the back of the house was like looking into a giant saltwater aquarium. The backyard was large enough to play football as a family. The pool table was a very welcoming bonus. And the people we met who live on the island were the best in the world. Illeana, who helps maintain the house, and her family felt like family. She was so very kind and went out of her way to make us feel special. Her entire family was wonderful and made the trip one we'll never forget. Mr. Tynes, who drove us around felt like and old family friend. We travel quite a lot and this is in the top 2 of all our travels for sure. The owner of the house, Jason was so very helpful that he even sent us a phone that was usable in the island incase ours didn't work. It was perfect as our cell phones were useless (Sprint). If you decide to stay here, you will love it and start planning on how soon you will be returning to this lovely piece of paradise on an enchanted island with the nicest people you'll ever meet.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway with wonderful accommodations and activities for my entire family right in your backyard! Very clean and well maintained home that is centrally located to all restaurants and night life. My family loved the views and Bahamian paradise this home provides and we can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this vacation home.

I took my wife and two kids on a Bahama vacation and this property was perfect! Just the right mix of entertainment and relaxation. The house was very clean, and had a home like feel with plenty of space. This is a great place to build lasting memories. Every day we would wake up and go for a refreshing swim in the canal then fish, snorkel, explore the town or just shoot some pool with the kids. The shark above the pool table is the perfect touch, the kids named it "Bruce" after the shark in the movie "Finding Nemo". The nights were very relaxing stargazing with my wife and some good wine. The location was easy to get to but still felt like we were a world away. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Overall a vacation we will not forget.

Took my family on a week long vacation to the Bahamas. This house is perfect for the 5 of us. It has everything needed for a week (or longer)away. The house is very nice almost feels like home. It is in a very quiet neighborhood relativity close to everything. We Took the boat over for the week, having a dock and being right on the inlet makes it easy to get around. also if we needed to go to the store, Lucaya, or the Pepper Pot it was an easy taxi ride away. The house has TV, internet, and a pool table so if we didn't make it out on the water it was enjoyable to just relax at the house. Our overall experience was very delightful, Next time we need to get away we will definitely return.
