“Spectacular, Serene Sunrises - Fantastic House” We had a wonderful time at Water's Edge. The house was beautifully appointed and situated in one of the best spots in Nassau, directly on the ocean and overlooking the sea and other islands. A special moment every day is sunrise, as you can look out with a cup of coffee on the patio as the glowing sun seems to rise out of the ocean into the sky. The house has all the comforts of home with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of games, and comfortable beds. The owner, Mark, is extremely helpful and always on hand for any help you need. Best vacation ever!

“It was just amazing!!!” During my stay there,I found the house exceptionally clean,very spacious and found it a perfect place to just stay and be relaxed and comfortable in. The service was 5 star,there was no problem with the Internet and overall I was very satisfied with the house. The location was very peaceful and quiet. It was great to have a fully furnished house with every utensils that you needed. Overall I had the perfect experience and I will be highly recommending it to my friends and family and anyone looking for a great place to stay in Nassau.

“Great Location” My family just spent 8 days in Nassau at Ocean Paradise. It was a fantastic location for a relaxing beach vacation. We swam in the ocean every day and enjoyed the fabulous views/ The house was in good shape and very well suited to families.I have used Vrob for many years and Catherine was a great hostess. We will definitely book this house again.

“Excellent place, clean with all the amenities needed. Beautiful beach.” The unit we stayed at was #15. This place is great. Big enough for a large family. W have a family of 7 and had no issues. Will definitely visit again. John the owner is very quick to reply to emails as well.

“Wonderful get away” This is an incredible property to rent. The townhome is spacious, clean, and a very welcoming place to get away from the hussle and bussle of downtown Nassau. The beach is a half block away and at low tide you can see star fish, jelly fish and other sea creatures. Brian Taylor responded to all inquiries immediately. Our reservations went through without a hitch. We would recommend this location and would definitely go back.

“serene, secluded gem” We have just returned from a wonderful vacation at Unit 12, Sunrise Beach Villas owed by John Fitzsimmons, on Paradise Island. This property is beautiful with a great patio looking out to the beautiful pool, and ocean. It was a very quiet area, and secluded feel, but close to everything. We could walk to the ferry, Marina Village which was beautiful, groceries, liquor stores, and atlantis. The ocean was calm and warm and our part of the beach was not crowded. I will definately recommend his units to my friends, and also thank you John for being so helpful.

“We had a great time!” This lovely housing has everything you need for a great holiday and it looks even better than you picture it from the photos. “Perfect villa for a large family” This was the perfect villa for my family (6 adults, 3 children). It had everything we needed for our weeklong stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was just far enough out of town for a quite, peaceful getaway, but close enough to drive in for everything we wanted to do. The owner was fantastic to deal with and provided us with various ideas of things to do.
