Description

Modern 80sqm apartment with full height sliding glass doors leading out on to walk around balcony facing the pool with panoramic views. 4 star facilities & 24 hour reception. Maid service available. Wifi available by purchasing a voucher.

Open plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen incl microwave, fridge freezer, bench elements. One super king bed, ample closet space, plus fold out couch bed. Aircon, TV, linen, iron. Scooters and cars available at reception to hire. Gym, sauna, shared large pool and hot-cold spring, badminton, squash and on-site restaurant at reasonable pricing. Set in lush greenery and a natural environment, hence the name The Trees Residence. Free shuttle to the beach from reception daily.

10 minutes to Patong by scooter, 20 minutes to Phuket town. 2kms to beach. I can help with advice on an excellent dentist, ( If you are going there for that ) taxi driver who is reliable, cheap scooter hire and much more.

This is not a time share but privately owned by myself and is available all year around, minimum stay 07 days maximum 3 months, negotiable. No Smokers.
