Beautiful house
Excellent facilities
Check in was so easy and appreciated after a long flight from the UK
The only 2 negatives I have to say about this house are:
1. The location. I wish it didn't look directly onto the highway
2. There is no outdoor balcony, probably because of point 1!
We had a great holiday and really enjoyed out stay here -

The home itself was wonderful and had all the comforts that you needed, the home is one of the beautiful homes we have stayed at. The only donwfall was the pool which the water was to cool to enjoy but all and all it was a great rental and would recommend this home to anyone wanting a truly charming place to relax never mind the roads out front you can't even hear them and it is close to all points. Again the pool was cold and we thought the pool was heated so this was an issue for us.

Very nice house that was correctly represented. House had everything - pool table, pool and hot tub that were all very nice. The bedrooms were very comfortable and was a pleasure to stay here. Very close to beach and shopping and easy access to house.

This home was more than we had anticipated. The pool was great and shaded in the evenings for swimming by the children without having to worry about getting too much sun after being at the beach earlier in the day. The hot tub and outdoor shower were both great perks. The game room and living room area were used by family members throughout the week. Bedrooms were private with everyone having their own bathroom and television. Extra unexpected perks included a high chair and baby/pet gates. Those were invaluable to us with three small toddlers in tow!

Loved our stay at this one of a kind beach house! Thoroughly enjoyed the added "extras" like the private pool, hot tub, pool table, etc. My husband and I rented this house with three other couples. Having full-size beds and private baths in every single bedroom added a level of comfort that you can't find in many rentals. It was definitely hard to leave at the end of the week! The house sits on the main road so expect some traffic noise. However, it's a small price to pay for the many conveniences of being in the heart of the OBX. We can't wait to come back!

This was a great cottage to stay in. Th elocation makes it very easy to walk to the beach right at 1st street. The pool is very nice. Its a good size and was heated for us in May. All the bedrooms are big and very comfortable. The living space made it very comfortable for a group of 8 we had. I woulsd stay there again for sure.

No one knows what to expect when you rent a house from the computer until you actually see it in person. My first impression was, its a really nice looking house but it faced a highway. At least we could look at the putt-putt course (w/ the waterfall) across the street. But once I pulled-in and entered the house, I was really impressed with each level. The house was well maintained, inside and out, the grass, pool and hotub were all well kept-up. The kitchen was stocked, the bedrms. were each a good size w/ bathrooms that were clean and bath towels provided. The living room, rec. room and back yard were all used plenty. The washer & dryer were a big plus during our stay. I would only suggest, since you can't move the highway,an extra outside trashcan. Our family thanks you for a wonderful 1st time in Kill Devil Hills, NC and hope to book with your company next year.

The house was very nice and large even for 6 people, but the best part was the amazing pool. The pool had a privacy fence and felt secluded from the surrounding homes. It was clean and the grass area was kept very nice. We had a nice relaxing time by the pool.

This was our first time to the OBX area. This house was just perfect for us. It is very well maintained. The house was very clean when we arrived and its proximity to the beach was perfect for us.My older teenage boys enjoyed the pool table on the first floor while my 9 year old enjoyed the outside pool. My husband enjoyed the room next to the master bedroom where he would relax and read. Although, the house was next to the highway, you still had your privacy. I would definitely recommend this house to rent. It is just beautiful. When we return to OBX, we will definitley rent this house again.

A Wrighteous Time was a wonderful beach house and my family enjoyed it immensely. The 4 master suites granted the privacy my family wanted. The pool was great. The house was decorated nicely and had all the comforts of home. I highly recommend this house. I'm sure my family will rent this house again.

This was the most perfect vacation home! Light, spacious & airy. The sunroom, pool table, spa and private pool provided us ample opportunities for relaxation and fun! The beach was a short walk away, and the views of the ocean were fabulous. This house made our vacation!

The house was beautiful and well decorated and had everything you need. However, we were SUPPOSE to have a heated pool and it wasn't on or working :( The water heater wasn't working and we could only have ONE luke warm shower a day. It took 2.5 days to fix the problem and we only stayed for 4 days.

Thanks for your review on this home. We apologize for this problem with the water heaters. The plumber had a terrible time tryine to locate the water heaters at this home, and only after a call to the builder did we realize that the water heaters were builtof the home and study of the blueprints did we discover the water heaters were in a hidden compartment behind a wall. It was a highly unusual situation that was not easily rectified.
We look forward to a less complicated stay for you with us in the future!
