Great location right on the beach and a great off-season rate. The house has everything we need although the phone and Wifi weren't working when we arrived - this was fixed in a day or two. House needs a little maintenance and some sofa cushions are stained but kitchen, baths and beds were clean and fresh and they are most important.
We loved hearing the ocean surf all day long. It's a good sound to fall asleep to. -

This place was great. It had an ant problem, but they didn't eat too much. The location was ideal, the accommodations were great. The weather was perfect and the restaurants were fantastic.
Sunrises and sunsets were undescribeable. -

If I owned this place I would put some effort in fixing the cracked toilet, leaning kitchen cupboards, new paint, the TV had permanent marks etched onto the screen, need wooden wlkway from the outside shower(it was so filled with snad, my SIL spent hours cleaning it up). The Deck was covered with sand and could have been easily been cleaned by a blower. Upstairs TV was fuzzy and unwatchable. The vacuum provied was barely working. We had to purchase a new broom from K Mart, becasue the their broom was barely a broom.
I don't expect perfection, but this could use a makeover, big time! -

This is our second year and it has been a clean house,easy access to the beach,and turnkey and linens has made my life much easier. We have reserved for next year already.

The weather was great...the beachhouse was great! I was a little disappointed in the air conditioner. Our unit looked to be very old and didn't cool the house very well. We did contact Blue Rental and they offered to have someone check on it but we told them it was okey. I hope the unit was changed before the next people took possession. Other than that...it was a wonderful week.
