This home is fit for a king with its royal decor and luxurious furnishings. The master bedroom has top of the line furniture and decor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms are perfect for your children with a Disney themed rooms and 2 twin beds in each room. The kitchen have a dishwasher and island with 2 barstools. The living room has a big screen plasma TV. There is also a game room with a pool table, and a TV with Wii. Off the back of the home there is a swimming pool and a separate hot tub. Check-In: 4:00pm Check-Out: 10:00am

After a very long drive to Florida from Upstate NY- we were so happy and excited to walk in and see this amazing house. It was gorgeous!! Our week was amazing. So, relaxing and the pool and jacuzzi was wonderful every morning and every night. The house has everything and then some. Me and my husband enjoyed having our own big bathrooms!! This is our 3rd time with loyalty and not disappointed yet... see ya's next year!!!

Our family (ages 6-70) stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed everyday that we were there. We loved the pool and hot tub. Our 6 yr old learned how to sim there. We couldn't of asked for anything closer to being homelike. We would definitely stay again. It could use a few more pans in the kitchen but there was nothing else that it lacked.

The 2 master bedroom home worked perfectly for our 2 families. The pool area was great. House was extremely clean and comfortable to stay in. The location worked out well, as it wasn't far from any of the Disney parks. When we arrived, we were about an hour early. They were still cleaning, but finished as quickly as possible, allowing us to get in and get settled. Very friendly.
Only suggestion we may have...darts for the dartboard, foosball table needs repair. Could use a few things in kitchen: rubber spatulas, oven mitts, maybe another pot or pan, a platter.Response from Loyalty Homes - 08/27/2012

This was our first time having rented a vacation home while travelling and our experience was fabulous! Diane at Loyalty Homes helped us tremendously with all of our questions before booking this house. The home came equipped with everything we could have possibly needed - including addresses to all of the theme parks for our GPS system! And we were only 5 minutes from Magic Kingdom.
The kids (and mom and dad) had a great time in the game room playing pool and playing on the Wii. We took time out of our vacation schedule to do nothing but enjoy the pool and the hot tub and that was the best day of our trip.
The home was very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be booking again! -

Was really more house than we needed, but was just like home after a long day. Due to being up early and home late from the parks, did not get chance to enjoy game room and pool as maybe had wanted. The one small issue was the thermostat, although the temp was great while we were there, we could not turn the air up to shut it off, was very cold in house for a few days...last day and night there temp dropped almost 45 degrees and was no way to turn on heat. The a/c was fixed in one day with a call to loyalty, quick happy service, but not enough time to have the heat fixed. Still quite enjoyable stay.

Great location. Beautiful house with everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The Loyalty staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time and will have many fond memories of the house and Disney.

101 Dalmations is a great place for families. Lots to do for the kids and adults too. Blu ray tv is great. Lots of thought put into what is available at the house. Diana and Ted were wonderful and were there for any question or problem we encountered.Only complaint was the internet. Very slow if we were able to get on at all.

Loved the south facing pool,fenced in for privacy; hot tub and games room. House was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable.
Great location, close to numerous restaurants and shopping, only 4 miles to Disney!
